Miat Soe, 33, was found squatting in a village with her three children, scrounging for food and looking for a place to lay their heads.  No one would take her or her children in because she and her youngest daughter, Branni have HIV.  She was taken to the Agape Home, where Branni is living now.  She came to Nuu Rain, early November of 2008, a very frightened young woman.  Miat Soe’s other two children are in two different orphanages in the south.  They do not have HIV.  Our heart is to eventually see Miat Soe’s health good enough so she can be reunited with her children.

'Update!'

Because of the awesome supporters of Nuu Rain, Miat Soe has been re-united with her 3 children...Some O (12), Biew (10) & Brannie (6).  They are now all living in a rented house named ‘Mae La Dek’….the Mother and Children’s Home.
